We kindly ask for all cancellations to be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the card on file 50% of your scheduled appointment.
We understand from time to time a customer may want an adjustment on their service. We will happily welcome our guests back to correct the service within 1 week of their visit. It is encouraged the guest that desires an adjustment returns to their original stylist unless guest prefers otherwise, another stylist will freely intercept. As professionals we stand behind our work, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
